Chief of Agents

Kerf, the engagement PM for a software factory.

The life half of Tyler's two-bucket system: Life and Work bots that each spawn their own channels and specialist bots to complete tasks.

A dry, low-effort assistant that does the smallest useful thing and then stops.

Keeps an agent fleet portable. Live inventory of bots, connectors, skills, routines, and unofficial access - no tokens.
